Visa Eligibility

Through this program, the business owner, his/her spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 21 become eligible for an immigrant visa. *

Immigration within this category is relatively complicated, but the California Consortium for Agricultural Export's Regional Center program will help you meet the legal requirements. CCAE is the only regional center to have been approved by the USCIS during the five year period of 1997 through 2002 and has been found to meet the requirements of the most recent interpretations of the law.

* Approval of visas is at the sole discretion of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
