EB5 PILOT PROGRAM EXTENDED

Los Angeles, Ca. The EB5 Pilot Program has been extended until March 6, 2009 allowing for the uninterrupted processing of CCAE investor petitions currently on file with the California Service Center. Working with members of the EB5 community, California Consortium for Agricultural Export (CCAE) representatives made numerous trips to Capitol Hill to meet with members of the United States House and Senate to secure this extension before the program's sunset in September. Now CCAE will continue to meet with elected officials and their representatives to discuss the merits of a five-year program extension. The EB5 Pilot Program enjoys strong bi-partisan support and CCAE remains confident that this extension will pass prior to the March 6, 2009 deadline.
