LOS ANGELES, CA. The California Consortium for Agricultural Export’s (CCAE) new EB-5 qualifying investment has been approved by the appropriate USCIS officials. Through this program, immigrant investors participate in the immediate expansion of an existing manufacturing operation located in the San Joaquin Valley, the CCAE area of operation and a targeted employment area. Rapid development of operations is critical as demand for products already exceeds company resources and forecasts show continued industry growth worldwide.
