CALIFORNIA CONSORTIUM FOR AGRICULTURAL EXPORT ANNOUNCES APPROVAL OF I-829 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS FOR EB-5 IMMIGRANT INVESTOR
LOS ANGELES, CA – CCAE, a designated regional center for purposes of the EB-5 Pilot Program, is pleased to announce that its first I-829 Petition to Remove Conditions filed on behalf of an immigrant investor has been approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
CCAE was formed in 2002 and manages several thousand acres of almond orchards and vineyards in California's San Joaquin Valley on behalf of its participating immigrant investors.
