EB-5 Program
Created by the United States Congress in 1990, EB-5 immigration seeks to benefit the United States economy by generating new economic activity and increasing employment. The California Consortium for Agricultural Export Regional Center Designation in 2002 was part of an attempt to revitalize what had historically been an underused category of immigration law.
