2008 Regional Center Amendment Approval Letter
In 2002, the California Consortium for Agricultural Export (CCAE) was granted regional center status from the USCIS, the first such designation in over five years. In 2007 and again in 2008, CCAE expanded operations to offer new EB-5 qualifying opportunities and continue meeting the investment and immigration goals of immigrant investors.
